RANT #556: THUNDERHORSE

<rant>
I would like to say first that I cannot STAND their song Thunderhorse. To me, it sounds like shit. It's just 3 minutes of Dethklok jamming. QUOTH GUITAR HERO III: "People don't want to pay money to hear you jam" The song has no form, no structure, NO KILLING IS EVEN MENTIONED IN THE LYRICS!!! If you can even call them, that is! It is LYRICS ARE WHAT MAKES DEATH METAL DEATH METAL!!! THUNDERHORSE IS OVERRATED! I AM NOT ALONE ON THIS MATTER!!!!

NATHAN EXPLOSION HIMSELF HATES THE SONG! That's why he DELETED IT!

I am sick of everyone saying that Thunderhorse is their favorite song! It's a FILLER TRACK. OVERRATED!!!! I can vividly picture Nathan beating the crap out of Nubbler for putting it on the album.

Oh, and, btw, killing was in the video for it.

BUT NOT IN THE LYRICS! The video DIDN'T last the length of the song, so is null and void in this argument. Bands can make videos do anything they want, you ever seen the video for Chicks Dig Giant Robots? And no. It SUCKS. DEATH METAL IS ALL ABOUT LYRICS! NO GOOD LYRICS, it isn't death metal, its PLAIN metal. Revenge? THEY HAVE POLKA SONGS ABOUT REVENGE! And the video again, wasn't the REAL song! It was a show version and only has bits of the real one.

Music videos do not count in an argument about the songs.

AND in one interview Nathan actually said that he only killed them because he wanted them to shut up, because he was that angry about how bad the album sounded.

To add insult to injury the music video was a dream sequence. It was never ACTUALLY filmed because Nathan deleted it RIGHT AFTER they got out of the recording room. He was still messing with the mix.

Toki hated it as well.

AND, DUDE, HATREDCOPTER IS WAY BETTA! AND YOU KNOW IT!

Because they were trying to gloss over how shitty Thunderhorse ACTUALLY sounds, by putting it in GH. EVERYONE knows that any song that is put in guitar hero becomes an instant hit. Thats the only reason.
DETHKLOK GETS IN TUNE IS MORE METAL THAN THUNDERWHORE!
